@leocg By hardware acceleration do you mean "graphic acceleration"? Turning it on did make the video pop out working again, but it caused my laptop to freeze randomly when trying to watch a video. I have to force shut down my laptop because it's completely unresponsive when it happens.

I manually turned off hardware/graphic acceleration a long time ago because I keep having this issue with various devices, so I hope there's another way to restore the video pop out without involving the graphic acceleration.

Same issue. It happened after the last update. For me, it was this morning.

Since today's update, the pop out video player (the mini video player in the bottom right corner of your screen) hasn't shown up. You can still click the pop out button and the video from the browser will become black like how it was supposed to be, but the pop out player just didn't show up. The audio plays like normal.

I suspect that the pop out player was there but somehow became invisible because I couldn't click anything at the bottom right of my screen after I clicked the pop-up video player button. I already tried turning on and off all the settings related to the video pop out including the transparent option, but nothing worked.

I'm using the Opera for Windows (not Opera GX)
