In my search for a solution, the previously mentioned script proved ineffective. Upon further investigation, I discovered there's a beta version of uBlock. After installing it, I found myself with two instances of uBlock, so I had to disable the original ones. Following these steps, YouTube started working seamlessly again. Additionally, it's crucial to ensure that Opera GX's internal AdBlock is turned off specifically for YouTube."

Why? Ublock Works.. The beta. Other ad blockers also need to be updated regularly
