I want to change the positions of my messengers buttons, my player button, GX Control button, sidebar site panel buttons......pls help!!!!

I am more active on google chat than on any other, so I wish I could add the google chat shortcut to my sidebar messengers. Is there a way I could do that ???Pls tell
