Having issues where after updating my tabs are now showing their icons?

Hi there I recently updated to the most recent version of opera and upon doing so all my tabs in one workspace no longer have icons. I've already tried reloading all to no avail. This is what one of my workspace's looks like

And this is what the other looks like. I've tried disabling snooze inactive and delay loading, but that also does nothing.
Any help would be massively appreciated as only a few sites icons are showing.
