A mouse-middle click on the speed dial page used to open the page in a new tab in the background. But this feature is no longer available as of version 95. Is it feasible to restore this function?

I'm experiencing an issue with the Windows 10 OS. When I maximize the Opera window on my second screen, the "tab control area" becomes unresponsive to the cursor and only responds to keyboard shortcuts.

My system is Win10 64. Frequently, when I use the mouse middle button to close a tab, Opera develop ver. freezes, and I can only kill it from Task Manager. Occasionally, this happens when I use the x button on the tab or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+W. Is it just my problem, or are there other people experiencing the same issue?

Is it possible to change the language from simplified Chinese to traditional Chinese(繁體中文)? I have already checked the browser's language settings. But it still shows simplified Chinese only.
