@andrew84: Yup…this is the first bug I noticed about this Opera 83 build.
Confirmed here too.
The previous build reported bug of the “audio icon on the tabs stays muted, regardless.” remains unresolved in this build
This Opera Developer 96 update release cannot run on my Windows 7 64-bit with the pop-out error message :
The procedure entry point GetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
@andrew84: That means Opera 95 is our last usable version as my PC will still be running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit for quite some time.
Haven’t been here for a while and just saw this Opera 95 build 80 update which is likely the last Opera version running on my Windows 7 for a while before deciding on other options.

We await a future Opera Developer 96 version in 2023 that can run on Windows 8.1/7 
@andrew84: I’m on Windows 7 x64 and the profile folder is missing in my standalone install and likewise, this Opera Developer cannot start ??
