@riazahmad90 hey bro, some websites allowing download for a very short period of time, if you have not enough fast internet that you can't download in the given period the Link Expire, and some downloading sites does not allow Resume Option too.

I'm a computer science student and I also use opera Browser as a PDF reader since 2019, I have not installed any PDF reader yet as my work has been done by Opera!

are you sure it's browser error, you must connect your Site with a Valid Certificate, there are many freeway available but I'will suggest go For Paid version of Cloudflare SSL.
