Go to opera://flags and search for #fast-tab-tooltip then disable the sh*t. This will solve the problem with the useless addition.

- downgrade to a better version: https://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/desktop/
- disable the autoupdater: search for opera_autoupdate.exe and open Properties of the browser icon - in the target field add C:\Users*yourProfile*\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\launcher.exe --disable-update
OR
simply switch to a more reliable browser.

When select text or pick image and drag them into another tab, they won't open the tab to allow you to drop the content. e.g. tab with image to be dropped into another tab with google image search.

How to downgrade to older version of Opera which supports the classic tab dropdown list then while the mentioned above files are now different and the structure is totally changed? The horizontal tab cycler is absolutely useless for me when I'm having like hundreds of tabs and the mouse cursor hovers and switches to random tab unintentionally...
Okay, we have to downgrade by installing an older version from the ftp, but how can we retrieve the old session and tabs?
Please, let us know. I won't use Opera if I won't get back the dropdown list from v68.

last 67 modification still supports removing the tabs preview and having the dropdown list.
Go to opera://flags and search for tab cycler - Disable this shit.
