Please provide a feature to export passwords from Chrome to Opera. I am not able to browse seamlessly without syncing my data.
Is there any other way to sync passwords?

I don't know. Maybe some javascript coding blocks the dark mode from working.

Yes, it would be helpful for many users. I will not have to scroll all the history to find a single webpage. Also, other web browsers like Chrome and Firefox have this feature. Moreover, a search feature should also be provided to passwords. Overall, this will save much time.
Till then, I will switch to Brave.

@alfredo-b-face There's a fix. If you can save the webpage as pdf, you can still copy. Though, it would break some lines of HTML code for a bulky website but will work for Facebook.
Otherwise, if you have desktop, the best option will be to download a copyright protection remover extension.

@leocg Yes, it exists. Though, I have to go to passwords.google.com cause the inbuilt password manager in Chrome has this feature but does not work. Here's the screenshots:

After clicking it and choosing the desired output location, no file gets created. Seems like a faulty feature.
Anyway, passwords.google.com still works as of now. Here it is:

I think Facebook puts some copyright protection code in front of the web page. That's why, it is impossible to copy any text.
BTW, I tried on Chrome, still unable to copy.
