I don't know how to point it to opera's cache folder. However I see the following behaviour:

1. Load files with browser in developer mode
2. Change file on webserver
3. Clear cache
4. Press F5 or ctrl-r
5. Check contents by clicking the loaded file, they remain the old

When I right-click "open in new tab" then view the file contents it is also the old contents, pressing immediately F5 or ctrl-r reloads with the new data.

Opera version 63.0.3368.107

When I open developer tools, then go to the network tab, right-click and select "clear browser cache" the cache is not actually emptied.

I want to add additional spellchecking languages. However, clicking the "Talen toevoegen" (Add Language) button does not do anything.
Are there any workarounds for this?
