When my Speed Dial is open and I click on a dial, the tab opens in the same window and closes my Speed Dial! The tabs should open in a new window. This is really messed up. What's the purpose of having Speed Dial if I keep having to open it every time I click on a dial?

When on my Speed Dial Start page...how do I open a new tab without closing the Speed Dial page?
For Instance...I want to open a new tab (Twitter) separately without it closing my Speed Dial.
