Is this issue only for people from UAE?

Same Issue! It says connecting but never connects,
Stays Orange... Tried deleting cache. Tried reinstalling Opera. VPN is not fixed still.

The VPN started to show connecting forever. It turns orange and never turns blue like it used to, this is serious, please help! I tried deleting Opera Stable Cache and tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Opera. Nothing seems to help. Crying out for help! Somebody save me!
