I can not figure out which extension requires the permission. There is no pop-up or anything, just this annoying info bar that wants me to "Go to Extensions".

Two issues with the latest Dev Build and WhatsApp.

1 If I close Opera and open it again, I always have to load the WhatsApp sidebar app to make it work again. I'm not getting any messages otherwise.

2 The notifications setting doesn't stay. It always prompts me to enable notifications and when I do I see a pop-up open with some kind of confirmation but it closes right away so I can not do anything. After a while WhatsApp says I should enable notifications again.

Yeah please let us remove the GX Corner!

Just use the normal Opera version, there is no need for the GX one.

Because I suddenly have a check24.net shortcut there. I never visited that site nor do I want Opera adding stuff by itself!

The "recently closed tabs" function doesn't really reload the sites.

"Disable hyperlink auditing" is a default option in uBlock Origin.

Already tried de- and re-installing. Same thing.

Both Bitwarden and uBlock Origin from the Opera extension store crash Opera if you enable them. The versions from the Chrome store work if you have the extension that enables the ones from the Chrome store.

This is why they should just remove the download, people don't read. No one should use Neon anymore since it's extremely out of date and vulnerable. It's almost negligent to let people still download it.

I agree, GX tab is annoying, CPU/RAM control could be included as an option in normal Opera and the skin is obnoxious (could also made optional for default Opera).

Releasing two Opera browsers is nonsense. No one is going to use this.
