I use Movieparadise website occasionally using Opera and click on a movie/tv show. I get an instruction to click on a bar to see the links for the chosen item and nothing happens. I tried the same with Chrome, Brave and microsoft Edge and they all work perfectly.
I have disabled the advert protection and cleared the cache. Any other suggestions ?

I have used Opera for a while now but I updated it to issue 44 and now it doesn't do anything apart from opening.
I am using Windows 10 32 bit
I have checked for extensions - there are none.
I have retried after turning off AVG anti virus - no joy.

All my bookmarks are present and a fair few speed dial icons but when I press an icon or link or speed link or type and address, the "wait a sec" circular arrow at extreme top left turns clockwise but the browser does not connect. My Chrome browser and Edge browsers are working normally, ie connecting to pages etc.

I am presuming this trouble has been caused by the update, but I have no idea really.

Any suggestions ?
