On the other devices I can see this one, but on this one I can't see any of the others.

The Opera "other speed dials" button has disappeared on my new Android device.
When I installed Opera on it a few days ago I was able to sync bookmarks with my other devices, as usual, but now I see it's missing.
I have tried to clear the cache, I have even reinstalled Opera again, but it still does not appear.
How to fix it?
