don't see tabs in opera on one phone in opera on another

Isn't that how it's supposed to work? I'm not even going to begin to address the list of problems with this super beta-ish program as I'm overwhelmed with how incomplete it feels but my main goal is to be able to have a browser that will synch open tabs across devices. Funny thing if you Google it apparently every browser offers it yet I've yet to see it done correctly. Anyone know?
Okay, found the button. Too bad it doesn't just open them all up for you.

Did you expect them to be automatically opened and loaded on your other device? That would not make much sense if you're syncing your laptop with your phone. Most people use a lot of tabs on desktop and a phone wouldn't cope well with that and you probably don't want all the desktop pages loaded anyways.
The way it's meant to work is that you sign in to opera sync on both devices and then you can chose to open tabs that you have opened on other devices.
