direction-rtl for Select tag

I think Opera has issue with "direction:rtl" for select tag.Please report to developer if it's true.here i made thread on stackoverflow forum and someone confirmed it.Please review below link.thanks.

Do I Report bug Or not? this issue is really annoying,nor Chrome or Comodo Dragon or Torch has such this issue
