Start in new window

Opera 29.0:
How can I start Opera in just a new window, if there is alread another Opera window open? Not to start out from a link on a webside, but from the start menu or a Opera shortcut on my desktop. Just open a very new window. Now if I click onto the start meny entry or a desktop shortcut, I always get the existing Opera window with a new tab at the end. But I want to get a very new window if I klick for it. Just the same as if I would klick an the start menu entry submenu [New window]. How can I define this behaviour as default? -

Opera Menu > New Window
Right click Opera in the Windows Taskbar and click New Window
