So, what's your question?
By the image, it looks like a Presto Opera ('cause nu one can't seem to be so layout customised).

If you're asking if you can display your bookmarks like that in the "new" Opera, then yes you can.
You need to add a folder called "Bookmarks" to the bookmarks bar, and then copy your bookmark folders into it using the bookmarks manager.
Then you will have a "Bookmarks" item on the bookmarks bar that when you click on it will open the folder trees looking pretty much like that Presto Opera display. You can also sort the bookmarks alphabetically there by right clicking on the folder names.
The only real difference in the display is that the bookmarks have to be scrolled when the list is too big for the screen, rather than them sliding out as additional lists as they do on Presto.

the picture posted by zorglub-fr shows how the old Opera looked like and some things are impossible to find in the new Opera :
- the scrolling menu for the bookmarks (as seen on the picture)
- the little key for the password, as you can see in this picture : http://nsa38.casimages.com/img/2015/05/18//150518031701816792.jpg
These 2 things were very useful and I really would like to have it in the new Opera.
