Opera 28 and Silverlight

Am running Opera 28.0.1750.51 in Win XP SP3.
It is installed in the following manner:

D:\Programs\Opera\28.0.1750.51\localization
D:\Programs\Opera\28.0.1750.51\resources

MS Silverlight I have in
C:\Microsoft Silverlight with the subfolder of 5.1.30514.0

and also in
C:\Program Files\Opera\userjs\silverlight.js

I need Opera to load Silverlight for an online service site.
The problem with this Opera 28 version is that loading this service site immediately reduces the amount of available physical memory (RAM) to an unworkable minimum.

Question: Where do I place Silverlight to achieve that?

Before running the current Opera 28.0.1750.51 I ran 12.17 build 1863, without any Silverlight problems and hence, no reduction in avaliable physical memory (RAM).
