Question for skin.ini (opera 12)

because my bookmark bar on the right side was too wide for icons+text,
i reduced the "personal button skin" with spacing = -90.
the text didnt move. how can i move it also to the right accordingly?

and can i make the font smaller just in this bookmark bar and/or change the colour to white?
