opera was god for about a month ,now when on a site and left on screen for more than 20 minus it just freezes

I have cleared history and still no avail? please help

What version of Opera? What version of OS? Do you have any anti-virus installed? Do you have any problems with any other software on your PC? Do it does this on any website?
