Problems with page view

This is my website https://saradavid-josiphaboic.c9.io/#doma_section im using fullpage.js plugin on it, when i get to site everything is messed up,i noticed this issue happens only with opera and chrome,mozilla and ie are rendering it ok.

I forgot to tell when im zooming in/out the web page via ctrl+ or ctrl- the problems goes away.

I found solution, problem is in "<meta name=viewport ........>" i removed it and now its all fine.

i removed meta tag with viewport, <meta name="viewport".....> and now its fine, sorry on comment up,content of quoted string isnt displayed...

worked yesterday,turned on my pc...started application server local and now even without viewport meta tag i get the same glitch!
This is crazy...

Huh, works fine here. It was bugged yesterday but now its fine on my end.

Yes, i removed it from that hosted server (the meta name="viewport" content="device-width"... tag).
