Problem: Freezing for 1 second every 10-11 seconds

Hello. I use Opera since I remember. The browser is the best for me, but... It has some weird flaw on my computer, that pisses me off for a long time.
This issue is visible clearly when watching youtube (or any other video in the browser) or playing games. Every 10-11 seconds the screen freezes for about 1 second, like it was dropping frames.
No matter if Opera Next or Stable - the same problem since version 15 came out.
I have disabled/uninstalled all extensions and disabled all plugins = nothing worked for me.
Chrome for example doesn't have this flaw.
I have even changed my graphics card (from Radeon 4850 to Radeon R7 260X) and bought a SSD instead of hard drive = none of this worked.
I thought it was because the graphics card, so I disabled hardware acceleration = nope, still the same.
I run High Performance energy plan.My specs:
- AMD Phenom II X4 20 3,0 GHz
- Ram 4 GB
- SSD 128 GB Crucial M550
- AMD Radeon R7 260X 2 GB
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

eikinskjaldi last edited byTry to delete 'session.db' and 'session.dbak' files in 'C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable'. I don't know why, but it solved the same problem for me.
