Opera Beta Windows 8 Tile 'Breaks'

Sometimes the Windows 8 tile of Opera Beta sort of breaks, the icon changes into a smaller O and when you click it it doesn't do anything, is there anyway to fix this?

I know why that happens in my computer at least, it's because of an additional Opera entry that appears in the start "menu" while you're running Opera and it goes away when you close it (already reported as bug as the cause of the tile break, when the additional entry remains between restarts for some reason), but in my case the icon remains functional regardless.
