Does Opera mini support the HTML viewport tag? Because is seems like it doesn't, or the support is very bad. It would be great if you add support for it, because on mobile devices it is extra important so the user don't have to zoom and scroll all the time.

It does but their calculation of the viewport-width is very inconsistent (at least on Android). Hence the viewport is often not matching the device.
