Opera mini for iOS and Opera mini for Android are two completely different products, so I think you should split them up in separate categories. Opera for Android and Opera mini for Android are according to me more similar each other than Opera mini for Android and Opera mini for iOS are, but Opera for Android is still the only one that has a separate category.
And as usual I couldn't find if someone already mentioned this because of the worthless forum search...
