How to disable bookmark previews?

Some bookmarks keep their pretty colorful boxes and other change into a website preview. Is there a setting to turn previews off? I'd like all the bookmarks to stay as colorful text boxes.

This is a thing you set at the time of making the bookmark. When you click the heart icon to the right of the address bar a little window pops up. In that window you use the arrow buttons on the sides to change the icon it displays. You can do this at any time; when you create the bookmark or after. So, to change the icon after you've already made the bookmark just open the bookmark and click the heart icon again to edit it.
