Outdated security settings

There are a few sites (including my own) which display a warning saying that it's using outdated security settings, that may prevent future versions of Opera from safely viewing it. Now, the only out of the ordinary thing I can find in common with these sites is that they use Certifcates issued by StartCom, however all of the settings appear to be solid (ie SHA256withRsa enoding, 4096 bit key size, the sites in question only allow TLS1.0 and above, they are using up to date openssl distributions, strict transport is enabled). I feel like this might mean that Opera is planning on removing StartCom's CA certificate from future versions, is this true?
