Scrolling in Windows 8.1 using Bay Trail processor, tablet mode

Scrolling is too jerky for the browser to be usable, noticed that the Internet Explorer however is silky smooth.

Anyone knows what happened?

Are you notice any other performance issues with Opera? Tabs taking a long time to open for example?
