Hi,
Is there a possibility of installing Flash Player without Windows XP admin permissions in Opera 28?Thanks in advance for any replies.

This isn't an Opera issue. Flash has its own installer that has nothing to do with Opera. If it says it needs permission then there is nothing Opera can do about that.

I know, but is there any way to manually put flash files (from different computer, for example) into other directory than windows/system32, and let Opera know where they are?

Flash installs into the OS... that's why its various elements (such as plug-ins) appear in the OS's Add/Remove programs. They have to register themselves into the OS registry so they can be accessed from any program on the system... so simply copying a plug-in file from another computer won't "install" it into the new one. I think there was a time once when Flash plug-ins were indeed largely stand-alone and could be copied into each browser's "plug-in" folder, but that was years ago.
