Startpage layout uneditable?

I'm running opera version 103.1.5234.9o883 on my samsung A13 running android 14.
At the top of the startpage under the search bar (and AI, Private buttons if on) are a line of "automated" thumbnails. Not the shopping habit ones as i have that option off. Under them are my thumbnails I save from page visits.
I can't find anywhere how to change the "automated" ones and add my choice into that top section.
I can delete them or open in a new tab. But I can't drag and drop my thumbnails into that top row.
I used to have one that disappeared and now I can't put it back!
Any ideas? -

@Timbo9999 That top row is made up of suggested Speed Dials, separate from your own shortcuts. As far as I know, you can remove those suggestions but can’t manually move your saved sites into that row.
