internet working in other browsers but not working in opera browser i refresh many times checked internet still internet not working in opera

I'd check whether Opera's VPN or proxy is enabled first, then try opening a private window to see if the connection works there. If it still doesn't work, disable your extensions temporarily and check whether Opera is allowed through Windows Firewall. Since other browsers connect fine, the problem is probably specific to Opera rather than your internet connection.
