The same problem happend to me. The onboarding pop-up never triggers in the lobby and Check Enrollment fails.

Hi, I am also having the same problem, I enrolled for the GX Rewards and only claimed the first day since I got a new computer and didn't play Forsaken until today, now on Opera's side it is stuck in day one and on Forsaken's it says I am not onboarded yet, is there any way to fix this?

I cannot activate gx rewards for the forsaken collab. I've tried redownloading, yet it still won't work??? I've tried to update opera but its up to date. Am I doing something wrong＞﹏＜??

Hello Opera devs, I would like to report that my Roblox account has been removed from Opera GX. When I try to link my account again with Opera and then go to Forsaken, it no longer lets me.

The worst part is that I still have the Veronica skin from the Opera event, but when I claimed Chance from the Opera event, I didn’t receive it.

My Opera GX and Forsaken accounts also became unlinked.

My Roblox username is: MoreRey08
Roblox display name: Chance

Hello Dev I am here cuz i got problem with GX reward. I typed my user name and it say Your request is Your pending is processing..... Then I click check enrollment but it say im not onboarded currently. Please help me fix this quick

@dordob so i have the same issue as of all people in forsaken i claimed the veeronica opera skin perfectly but for the rest of the rewards and the 2 skins i cannot claim it, my user is ezrapiays and i have completed the weekly gift claim so please fix it as soon as possible today or tomorrow but just please you dont know how much these skins and stuff look cool to me

ok so my username is axaassdf and I've tried eveything from clearing my cache to opening roblox on oprea gx but it keeps saying not onboarded currently while my opera gx panel is still active if any devloper reads this could you reset my enrollment token or inject the rewards thanks

I also have the same issue after Azure update. I went over to Opera GX rewards section and claim my rewards (Everything from day 3) but when i pressed Check Enrollment, it said "You are not onboarded currently". (My roblox username is EmryCherry)

Subject: Lost 1x1x1x1 skin due to Forsaken collab reset bug
Hi support team,
I am writing because my progress in the Forsaken collaboration was completely reset due to a bug, and I lost the opportunity to claim the 1x1x1x1 skin, even though I completed the requirements.
Here are my account details:

Plataform: PC / Opera GX Browser

Issue: I claimed all rewards up to Day 7 on the Opera GX sidebar menu, but the game shows a "You are not onboarded currently!" error message when clicking "Check Enrollment". I already did a hard reset (cleared cookies and relogged) but the sync error persists.
