management of Other speed dial

Hello,

I move between several computers and I have on each PC synchronized Opera. How manage Other speed dial? Here remain unused and old speed dial.
How link Other speed dial with current Speed Dial to be used one and synchronized everywhere (as it was earlier in the old Opera)?
