Video pop-out doesn't show up

Hello!
I don't have the video pop-out button on YouTube.
Win 11, latest version of Opera for Windows, 131.0.5877.55, installed minutes ago.
GPU acceleration is on, video pop-out flag is turned on, automatic PiP is turned on, restarted the browser, restarted the PC, flipped all switches back and forth, turned off all extensions, literally nothing helps.
And as I see from the forums, I'm not alone in this, so it's clearly the problem from devs side.
Please fix.

@leocg, c'mon, I've sent multiple screenshots and typed my version of the browser. Opera. For Windows.
I hope this thread doesn't get abandoned as the others after this reply.

@ZethKeeper In opera://gpu, it says that hardware acceleration is working?
Video pop-out is working here by the way. I'm also on Windows 11.

@leocg, here's the report file from the opera://gpu.
I don't quite know where to look here exactly, and where to turn on if disabled. Thank you!

@ZethKeeper Video pop out works on a stand alone installation?

@ZethKeeper Yep. You can download Opera USB on the bottom of this page, install it and check if video pop out is working.

- Same effect (not working).
- It should? We're talking about Opera feature, not extensions. But just in case, checked in Chrome. Of course it doesn't.

@ZethKeeper Regarding 1: That's strange, maybe something on your device is causing the problem.

@ZethKeeper About 2: Chromium has video pop out (picture in picture) and Opera seems to be using Chromium implementation now.

@leocg I've seen other topics with the same issue, I'm not the only one with this problem. I believe it's a bug that should be fixed. Plus, it worked in the past and I haven't changed my configuration both hardware and software since it worked last time, which been a few months, I don't remember exactly, I don't use this feature often, but sometimes I do need it.
Regarding PiP, i'm hearing about other browser with this feature for the first time ever. Either they don't have it, or few implemented it so far. Besides that I've always thought it was Opera feature.

@ZethKeeper There was an issue with video pop-out not working on Windows 10, that was already fixed:
