@ZethKeeper About 2: Chromium has video pop out (picture in picture) and Opera seems to be using Chromium implementation now.

@leocg I've seen other topics with the same issue, I'm not the only one with this problem. I believe it's a bug that should be fixed. Plus, it worked in the past and I haven't changed my configuration both hardware and software since it worked last time, which been a few months, I don't remember exactly, I don't use this feature often, but sometimes I do need it.
Regarding PiP, i'm hearing about other browser with this feature for the first time ever. Either they don't have it, or few implemented it so far. Besides that I've always thought it was Opera feature.

@ZethKeeper There was an issue with video pop-out not working on Windows 10, that was already fixed:

@ZethKeeper Is opera://flags/#new-auto-pip-for-video enabled?
-

@leocg, apparently, it stays on Win 11.
I've enabled the flag to no avail (restarted the browser, of course). -

@ZethKeeper Flag should be enabled by default if I remember correctly. Would need to check.

@ZethKeeper Any changes if you enable opera://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist?

@leocg nope and nope.
If this is of any help: The Lucid Mode button is working, I can toggle it on and off in the settings and it appears on a video when on.
