No devices showing up on sync

I have a laptop, ipad and a iphone all logged in to an account. Sync is turned on in all of them. No devices showing on the sync page and only the data on my laptop is synced. Even though all the devices are connected to the same account sync internals has only my laptops device info. How can I fix this?!
