I have my browser split into a few workspaces, one of which contains a few tabs I keep open 24/7 (music, mail, etc.).

On occasion, I'd like to "mirror" one of those tabs into another workspace. That would look something like "Right Click" -> "Mirror To..." -> (select workspace). Once mirrored, you would be able to also see the tab open in the other workspace, but it's actually the same tab. When you close the tab in either workspace, it would remain open in the other tab.

This would be useful because I often need to use a tab temporarily in some context (e.g. work), where I want to keep my "persist" workspace clean, but also don't want to swap back and forth between workspaces. It would also keep the memory footprint down by not duplicating tabs, and maintain session context.

Thanks for sharing the details of your idea. Another inspiration for us.
