Can't hear any sound

For some reason on Opera GX I can't hear anything. A few minutes ago I could hear the browser itself fully but know I hear nothing. I've tried turning up the volume, didn't work, I tried making my headphones the only source of sound for Opera GX, didn't work. I really need help so if you do, please tell me what to do
