Website/Domain blocking

I visit certain websites and they drive advertising revenue by opening new tabs to other sites, despite having pop-up blocking enabled, would it be possible to add an option to block certain websites from being opened, either completely stopping tabs/windows to them being opened or by simply not displaying their content and a "content blocked" message?
Would work best as a right-click menu option in the URL window, once a undesired website has been opened, with a choice to block that specific page or the entire domain.

@Mlipka I'll provide some of the pages that show up, if that's what you mean:

As you can see, the last one is especially problematic as it seems to be trying to initiate a file download, I've never clicked on the download link proffered but I'd rather not have it showing up at all and not risk accidentally initiating it.

Similar to this could we get a "focus mode" that blocks a list of websites? Where you can create different groups of websites to block. In an ever more distracting world, I feel like the browser itself has become like the smartphone. Really hard to use because of the amount of things you can access and distractions everywhere.
