i don't want to update, it's fine how it was. i don't want to update in the middle of something or have to drop everything i'm doing on my browser to make it work again cause you won't load up pages unless i update. that is beyond stupid, and beyond pushy. if google chrome had better darkmode i'd already be back to a different browser, stop forcing me to update your bullshit to make it work.

Could you please share more details about this behavior?

I’m not aware of any mechanism that would force a browser update in a way that prevents you from using it or completely stops you.
