No option to automatically translate a language

Hi,
It used to work but currently there is no longer an option to automatically translate a language.

The help text on Opera translate says this:

Use Opera Translate
When on, Opera Translate will offer to translate sites into your preferred language. It can also automatically translate sites.

But the option to automatically translate a language no longer exists. What happened?

When i click on "Translate" it will translate the page but as soon as i click anywhere on the page to another menu it goes back to Slovakian.
