[Suggestion] Rewind and fast forward in PiP

A while back, I remember being able to fast forward and rewind by 10 seconds each on YouTube while in the miniplayer. Apparently, that is no longer a feature. Please bring this back, it heavily improves QoL and is a large reason I used this browser. Having only one monitor makes PiP a necessity when trying to watch a video while doing other tasks.
