[Request]Allow to choose background and accent colors for themes

why can't we have at least two sliders (one for UI Background and one for Accent color) for the Classic theme?

for example i'd like to have dark UI with red accent and custom wallpaper. Impossible.
Classic theme has only lighter UI background.
Sonic and Mirage themes have nice UI background but no red Accent possible and no custom Wallpaper.

Limited Choice of Colors and no custom Themes is just HORRIBLE. I love Opera otherwise but this new theme engine is just Ridiculously restrictive.

Am i missing something?

just put two sliders with full color spectrum and youre good.
