My version of Opera (not sure which - but Windows x32 downloaded a year ago) seems to have got corrupted, and according to Task Manager was using all the available memory and was killing the PC. I uninstalled it and downloaded a new version today version.28. That works much faster and PC is no longer locking up, but only the current browser tab is functional and operates.
Clicking the + to create a new tab does open the new tab, and quickly, but strands the tabs that are already open to the left. You cant click on them or open them, or copy their URL. The only part of these tabs that is actually operational is the x to close them!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same - it works quickly but as soon as you open a new tab, all ability to get back to the existing tabs is lost! Any ideas ?? -

Interesting. Try hitting the 1 and 2 keys to change between tabs. Does that work?

That didn't work, but I completely powered PC down and back up again and that has resolved it, although I had already powered it down once and the had problem persisted!
