Requests from IP 82.145.208.131 to my site

On my website there are constant requests from the IP 82.145.208.131 and other IP on the network. Every day, every minute requests come from these IP to a page of my site mysite.ru/feed. Whois IP says that this IP belongs Opera. Tell me, what kind of queries and why they often go to my site?

Someone uses Opera with Opera Turbo or Opera Mini to visit your pages and the Opera proxy server compresses the content and send it to the requester.
