Unnamed tab error

Hey guys, I have a problem for a pretty long time now, So everytime I open up Opera GX it works perfectly fine, but after a few minutes or opened tabs, Every tab I newly open will say Unnamed (unbenannt in german).
I already reinstalled it, cleared everything from cookies to tabs to addons to browser history but nothing worked.
Everytime it happens I have to restart Opera GX to use it properly for a few minutes till it occurs again. I hope someone of you has a solution to it
I run Opera GX on win 11
