Opera Next doesnt have new Speed Dial

Hi,
I have installed Opera Next specially for the new Speed Dial but I cant find the option to change it anywhere, I only have the old one.
If somebody could help to switch from Old to New Speedial I would highly appreciate it

Opera Next? The Beta channel release hasn't been called Next in awhile now. Did you install a really old version? What version did you install?

I did, I tried both Experimental start page enabled and disabled, but nothing changes, there is even no Setting button on Start Up screen itself

Can you post a link to a screen shot of what you are seeing as a speed dial?
