opera gx crashes anytime i try to take a screenshot?

hello! I try to take screenshots on opera gx, but every time that i do it crashes, or, generally it just crashes without warning, and i'm not sure why? i use a modern MacIOS and while it isn't the most reliable, this doesn't happen often, but every time, no matter how big or small the screenshot is, it keeps crashing, and its very annoying; any tips on how to fix this?
I would also like to note that i tried to download the newest version of Opera GX, and it still crashes when i take a photo, any help would be greatly appreciated!
